Without analog sticks, all you can throw is fastballs or straight changeups right down the middle, but the computer on normal difficulty really relies on hitting mistake breaking balls, and unrealistically can't do much against fastballs down the middle. Thus, not too difficult to win a game without ever touching a movement control.
